INCENTIVE FOSTER FOUNDATION honors the teachers of the Kashmir Valley

The Incentive Foster Foundation (IFF) successfully concluded its Teachers' Day Honor Drive on 7th September, 2025, marking the grand finale of a Valley-wide initiative to recognize and celebrate the invaluable role of private school teachers. Over the past weeks, IFF conducted a special drive across 23 schools in the Kashmir Valley to honor and acknowledge the dedication of private school educators. The campaign culminated with a felicitation ceremony in which about 70 outstanding teachers were honored with the title of “Best Teacher of the Year 2025.” The awardees were selected with the votes of students and school management, making the recognition both genuine and community-driven. The event was graced by eminent personalities, including Prof. Dr. Iqbal Malik (Chief Guest), Mr. Aijaz Shah and Dr. Farhat Umar (Guests of Honor), and Mr. Ashfaq Hafzi (Special Guest), whose presence added dignity and encouragement to the program. IFF extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Mudasir Rehman for his generous contribution, support, and provision of the venue for this prestigious event. Appreciation is also extended to the media partners for their valuable coverage. Mr. Junaid Ul Islam, Founder & CEO of IFF, delivered a special message emphasizing the foundation’s commitment to empowering educators and acknowledging their vital role in shaping future generations.
